All sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind cancellation requests or returns, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law. For a configuration, delivery-address, or contact change, email us as soon as possible. A request does not change your order; our team must confirm what is possible. If we cannot supply your order, the amount paid will be refunded. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
