WHAT WE COLLECT We collect the information you give us to sell and deliver furniture: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order contents and configuration choices, delivery access details you tell us about, and your communication preferences. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems. We also collect basic technical information when you browse — pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address — to keep the site working and secure. HOW WE USE IT To process, review, produce, and deliver your order. To send you order and delivery notifications. To provide customer support and handle warranty claims. To detect fraud and secure our systems. To meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH Only service providers who need it to do their job: our payment processor, our production and freight partners, our email and SMS delivery providers, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Production partners receive the delivery address and item specifications required to build and ship your order — nothing more. MESSAGES Order and delivery notifications are transactional and are sent for as long as you have an open order. Any non-essential messaging requires your explicit opt-in and can be turned off at any time from your account or by replying STOP to an SMS. RETENTION We keep order records for as long as required for warranty, tax, and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. YOUR CHOICES You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Contact us and we will respond within thirty days. Residents of certain states and countries have additional rights, which we honor regardless of where you live. CHANGES We will post any change here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting an open order will be communicated directly.
