Warranty & Product Issues
Bryton Park limited warranty coverage, exclusions, hardware terms and claim steps for the poly furniture sold by Central & Walton.
Bryton Park limited warranty
Bryton Park LLC provides a 20-year residential / 5-year commercial limited manufacturer warranty on its poly furniture, beginning on the purchase date, when the furniture is used under normal conditions and receives proper care.
The limited warranty covers material defects and states that the poly furniture should not splinter, crack, chip, peel, rot, or suffer structural damage from insect infestation during the applicable coverage period.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear, fading, scratching, and staining are excluded from the manufacturer warranty.
Shipping and handling costs are not covered by the manufacturer warranty.
Swivels and stainless-steel hardware
Structural failure of swivels has separate coverage: 5 years for residential use and 2 years for commercial use.
Bryton Park states that its swivels and assembly hardware are stainless steel. In coastal areas, periodically wash or rinse the hardware with fresh water to help avoid rust. Rust or corrosion of swivels or fasteners after the first year is excluded from warranty coverage.
How to make a warranty claim
Notify the dealer where the furniture was purchased and provide proof of purchase, a written description of the defect, and photographs of the claimed defect.
Bryton Park reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts or products. Contact Central & Walton through the Contact page and include your order number, issue description, proof of purchase if requested, and photos so we can coordinate the claim with the manufacturer.
Damage on arrival
Delivery damage is handled separately from the manufacturer warranty. Report delivery damage to Central & Walton by email with your order number and photos, if available, and keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Your rights
This summary is provided for customer convenience and does not expand or replace the manufacturer’s written limited warranty. See dealer for complete details. The final-sale policy and this guide do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
