The Made-to-Order Process
What to review before ordering and what to expect through delivery.
1. Choose your item
Select the available configuration, quantity, and delivery address. Review the product details and checkout total before paying. Shipping is included for eligible addresses shown at checkout; applicable taxes are shown separately.
2. Review the order terms
All sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind cancellation requests or returns. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
3. Review after payment
Payment is collected at checkout. We review paid orders before releasing them to the manufacturer. A payment confirmation does not mean manufacturing has begun or the order has shipped.
4. Allow for the delivery estimate
Delivery estimates are stated in business days from your initial order. They are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
5. Shipping and delivery
Current eligible products use standard FedEx delivery. Delivery availability is checked for your address at checkout. Room placement, assembly, and packaging removal are not included services.
6. Check your delivery
If your item arrives damaged, email us using the contact details on the Contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos, if available.
Shipping delays
If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you of the delay and provide the choices required by applicable law, including any right to decline the delay and receive a refund for unshipped merchandise. The final-sale policy does not waive those rights.
Orders or items that cannot be supplied
If an order or item cannot be supplied, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order or items, including applicable taxes and charges. If none of your order can be supplied, the full amount paid is returned.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. A refund being initiated does not mean the funds have reached your account; posting time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
If a refund cannot be completed through the original method, we will contact you about the next step without reducing any refund rights required by law.
