Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is included for eligible delivery addresses shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are shown separately; review the final checkout total before paying.

Current eligible products use standard FedEx delivery. Enter your delivery address at checkout to check availability for your item.

The delivery estimate is measured in business days from your initial order. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Use the estimate shown for your item and contact us if you need clarification before ordering.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you of the delay and provide the choices required by applicable law, including any right to decline the delay and receive a refund for unshipped merchandise. The final-sale policy does not waive those rights.

Standard delivery does not include room placement, assembly, or packaging removal. Check the product dimensions and where you plan to use the item before ordering.

Email us through the contact details on the Contact page with your order number, a description, and photos of any damage, if available. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.

If an order or item cannot be supplied, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order or items, including applicable taxes and charges. If none of your order can be supplied, the full amount paid is returned.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. A refund being initiated does not mean the funds have reached your account; posting time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.

If a refund cannot be completed through the original method, we will contact you about the next step without reducing any refund rights required by law.
