- Recycled HDPE poly lumber resists moisture, mildew and insects.

- Clean the poly lumber with soap and water using a sponge or plastic-bristle brush. A soft toothbrush helps reach tight spaces. Rinse surface dust with cold water. For deeper cleaning, use a pressure washer on its lightest setting, no higher than 1,500 psi, with the nozzle 10 to 12 inches from the poly surface. Use separate care instructions for fabric cushions.

- Warranty
- 20-year residential / 5-year commercial limited manufacturer warranty for poly furniture, starting at purchase, under normal conditions with proper care. Covers material defects, splintering, cracking, chipping, peeling, rot and structural insect damage. Normal wear, fading, scratches and stains are excluded. Swivel structural failure has separate coverage: 5 years residential / 2 years commercial. Rust or corrosion of swivels or fasteners after the first year is excluded. Shipping and handling are not covered. Contact the selling dealer with proof of purchase, a written defect description and photos. The manufacturer determines repair or replacement of defective parts or products. See dealer for complete details.
